Mike the owner kept his eyes on the project from start to finish. Was responsive to our needs and inquiries. Suggested ideas to enhance the project.Steve the carpenter was multi-talented and impressed even our building super with his knowledge and workmanship. The plumber, electrician, floor and tile guys were professional and courteous. New to having this type of job done, they explained what they were doing if questioned.Peter, the other partner was there for us too if needed at all hours to address our concerns. The original plan was to have them replace all windows and terrace door as they had done in other units in my building. But Mike had a vision for the entire apt. from the plans we had in mind to make it special. The work was completed ahead of our time frame as well.

Greentree came out to my house the same day. We went over our vision they educated us on new products and had suggestions which we absolutely loved. We set a date to start the renovation, the workmanship was of the highest quality and they were very clean as well. The end result exceeded our expectations. Working with Green Tree was a very professional and stress free project. The completed project was to my satisfaction 200% ! During each phase of construction the work was done in a very timely and precise manner. Green Tree had a professional in each aspect of work i.e. tile, electrician, painter, demo work and reconstruction, etc. I was kept well informed of each phase as the project progressed. I was specifically impressed with the amount of detail and perfection applied to each task. The Project Manager was always on site and available for any questions I may have had.
